Do you get angry too easily? here are my tips to stay calm.

1.If you get really angry deep breaths will help.
2.try yoga.
3.think about something peaceful, like snow falling, or the sea side.
4.count to ten.
5.have a bath.

I find yoga quite difficult. I agree with the tip about having a bath. It's idea for when you can't sleep. Another tip is to write down what's bothering you and then throw it in the bin!
